This might be an option, albeit a pricy one:
https://www.xda-developers.com/htc-vive-flow-leaks/
The article talks of
"The exact purpose of the HTC Vive Flow isn’t known yet, but one of the images mentions that they are “Immersive glasses made for well-being and mindful productivity.”"
It'll be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end....0 -

Those were a lot of words. But what did you actually say?
I am not confused. Is there a reason Google Cardboard won't work?
Perhaps you are confused.
Repeating parrot fashion something is no longer supported doesn't tell us whether it can work for the OP or not.
Windows 7 is no longer supported. Millions are still using it.
I don't think I'm confused.
If you think that Google Cardboard may work for the OP then why don't you describe the steps that they would need to go through in order to use GC to "experience wonderful sights".
Can do.
*#0*# to check there is a gyroscope working on that model. If so;

Obtain an inexpensive Cardboard Viewer that works with the A12.Start to use Cardboard
- On your Android phone, open the Cardboard app
.
- To pair your phone with your viewer, on the right, tap the Right arrow
.
- Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code on the Cardboard viewer. You might need to remove the cardboard sleeve to find the QR code.
- Open the top flap of the viewer.
- Lift the flaps toward you and press them against the fasteners on the sides.
- Put your phone inside the viewer, and then close the top flap.
- Before you look through the viewer, look at an object that’s far away.
- Close your eyes as you bring the viewer up to your face.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to begin using Cardboard.
Note: If you have the app installed but want to use a different viewer, change the settings.
Hopefully not too confusing for you nor anyone else reading.

Deleted_User said:Phone based VR is dead now, nobody really develops and sells such technology.
Samsung Gear VR from 2017 for example worked with the S6 to S9 models but won't with your A12 and it is no longer supported so you won't be able to do much with it anyway.
VR headsets are all about gaming and typically used with a Sony Playstation, Xbox or PC.
Xbox doesn't support any VR headset and the most popular headset is the Oculus Quest 2 which is standalone and is the one i would recommend for beginners because it can also be used with a PC for more advanced experiences.0
