The retail Ombudsman

I saw a post on this site back in 2015, about the Retail Ombudsman starting up. Today (11/10/21), I looked on their list of companies that are under their scheme & ASDA aren't on there. I've been told by ASDA staff that their escalations team who normally deal with complaints, are no longer formed, due to staff shortages throughout.
I'm getting nowhere with advisors or managers from the South African & Phillipino call centres, so does anyone know of any other place to take the complaint to?

So you've complained and you don't agree with their outcome ? What outcome are you expecting from them that they haven't given ?0

If you're to get an answer on here you're going to have to give a bit more than that - Asda's Customer Service is fairly clear either online or by phone so are they ignoring you or just not giving the response you want ?
There's also likely to still be an element of prioritisation - probably a swifter response if a toilet roll you bought choked your Llama to death vs you being overcharged 10p for a bottle of wine0 -
No offence, but my only question that needed a response here, is does anyone know of anywhere else to take it. You clearly don't know of anywhere, so I would have appreciated you leaving it alone, for an actual answer to be offered by someone else.
You assumed wrongly with your first question, then wrongly assumed again, to ask what outcome do I want, that they haven't given.
Firstly, you're not the only person on here & I doubt you control everyone else either, so wrongly assuming that 'to get an answer on here...' doesn't help either.
If they ARE as you also wrongly assume, 'fairly clear either online or by phone', why have I been able to get hold of someone in the U.K, who has now passed it onto the operations team to deal with, as all other staff hadn't done so?
My first ever post on here & you've wrongly assumed all over the place & then infer that I need to add more, because I must somehow be lying when all they do is faiirly clear online/by phone.
I asked for help with one thing only & you didn't have an answer, but then made it all about what you think instead, so thanks for nothing!
