To the OP - you said your boiler keeps losing pressure?
When did you last have it serviced?
We had a similar thing earlier this year, and we have a similar old gas meter to you too. When it was serviced in the summer, the gas engineer said there was a supply issue & he called SGN who came out about an hour later to replace the meter governor (basically the gas meter couldn't keep up with the demands for gas).0 -
