So, succesful appeal but you are getting debt collection letters before the outcome of the appeal saying you owe money because the appeal was rejected. I think we now have enough material to make a great comedy series. Someone shoud write to the BBC

I wonder if TNC will still chase you. I'd almost be inclined to let them... I'm no expert but surely there is a case to answer here and you could pursue them for some kind of compensation...

  • Yes i know absolute jokers i will be contacting them today as i'm unsure if this can have a negative impact on my credit score if left.
  • No, it can't. Don't rush in. Wait for more advice...

I am with @nicestrawb. If you have the patience, let them chase awhile. Might be some compensation then for harassment. These leeches deserve everything they get ( and you might get a few quid).

Let them chase - of they do - then complain to the BPA.  This can't affect your credit rating.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'd get in touch via Email explaining that the matter has been quashed and you fully expect them to cease communications with you delete your personal data after providing you with a SAR of everything that they have on you and should you recieve any further communication after that then you will be formally pursuing them for an allegation of harassment. Because any further contact after this Warning will constitute as an unlawful course of unwanted conduct to you which they have no lawful reason for.
