Judge ruled in my favour agreeing it was loading not parking and as they had provided a map of the site with sign locations at the entrance to the residential site and I had photos showing they werent there he said i would not have been aware, nor would i have seen the sign by the car from the drivers seat or when I got out. good result thanks everyone
