Mullered said:Today I received a general form of judgement or order )form N24) stating that I had received notice of allocation and failed to file an N180 with ccbc by the date specified, so therefore I had to file this within 7 days from service of this order.2

Hi guys, forgot to update with progress so far, following the N180, I have had notice of transfer to my local county court I requested on 13th January, but have not heard anything since, is this usual?
thanks0 -
I don't think it is unusual, but double check with the 12 point checklist in the guide to court from the NEWBIES what should happen next.
You could always 'phone your local court if you are concerned.

good evening all.
I received a notification of trial date about a month ago, albeit with a small caveat on it that should the claimant not pay the trial fee and or submit a properly completed claim by 27th July then the matter would be thrown out.
strangely enough yesterday I received an email from gladstones with a witness statement from their solicitor and the relevant exhibits.
Gladstones state that "Please find attached, by way of service, the Claimant's Witness Statement. The assumption is that our Client is not attending the hearing and therefore we kindly request this notice be treated as a notice pursuant to CPR 27.9. However on some occasions our Client may wish to attend and will do so.
We confirm the statement has been filed at the Court
Guess its time to put together my WS and rebut what is in their witness statement?
thanks

had my day in court just before xmas. thanks for all your help, neither claimants nor gladstones turned up. Judge ruled in my favour agreeing it was loading not parking and as they had provided a map of the site with sign locations at the entrance to the residential site and I had photos showing they werent there he said i would not have been aware, nor would i have seen the sign by the car from the drivers seat or when I got out. good result thanks everyone3
