Vodafone v Virgin Mobile

The message I am getting when I put the Virgin Mobile sim card in the phone is Enter MCK. Network unlock code blocked. Too many incorrect attempts. I just chatted with Vodafone and they have told they need to get the NUC code from Samsung and it will not take upto 10 day working days. Previously I chatted with Samsung online to see if they could help me because I need to get this sorted out asap and they told me I would have to get this code from my network provider. Anyone else been in similar position, if so what's the quickest way to get it sorted out.0

Did you buy your phone from Vodafone or from another supplier such as Carphonewarehouse?sarahj1990 said:My Samsung phone that I got when I signed my last vodafone contract is locked to vodafone. When I put in a Sim Card from another network I get this message. Sim network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK. I have got an unlock code from Vodafone but its not unlocking the phone. I contacted Vodafone to let them know they need to send me another code that works. I was told they would email me with 48 hours. Havent received the email. Anyone else had this problem, if so whats the quickest way to resolve it.
If it's not direct from Vodafone then they can't unlock it.
