Complain service from online college

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am studying at Stonebridge Associated College Limited,

I am required to change my course legally, it is shown in my agreement, I allow to change my course.

But I have been calling them 8 times and 8 emails, they ignore my requirements.

I complained about the quality of theirs service online, they ignore it too.

Could you please help me?

Many thanks,

You don't need a special website or agent to make a complaint.

They will simply use the complaints procedure highlighted on your other other post and charge you several hundred pounds to do it, before telling you you need to speak to the college yourself.

You can use a solicitor to make the initial complaint for you, but as zx81 says they will change you a lot to do so, and will only use the complaints procedure hightlighted on your other post.

Once they have ignored your written complaint, you can sue them in the small claims court to return your money, and you can continue your education with another establishment.

Learning how to complain is a vital life skill. By paying others to do it for you, you will never learn how to do it yourself, and your life will be much more expensive as a result.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Although that is all true it is fairly obvious from the posts that English is not Eva's first language which makes it far more difficult.

If they are not able or willing to pay for professional help, I would suggest that they at least contact an organisation like Citizens Advices where they can sit down with somebody to try and help them firstly work out whether they have a valid complaint and, if so, how best to progress it.

No, I do not need an agent, I just want to find a way to talk to them.

I tried all the way to contact with this college, phone calls, emails, complaint, online chat,

All useless or no one responds.

Is there any way to help me to speak with someone in this online college?

I only want to speak with someone in this online college about my issue.

I tried calls, emails, online chat, complaints. I can not reach someone, because they do not respond.

They only respond if you want to buy a course.

    Is there any way?

    TBH.
If you can not talk to them, how do you think that someone (who is unknown to you) from a internet forum will have any more luck?

You need to follow the complaint process as posted by other users.
