Complain Stonebridge College course

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am currently doing an online course at this Stonebridge College just a month, but I want to change my course, by the agreement, I have legal right to change my course,

but I sent over 8 emails to the customer service and calls 8 times, they ignore me, and I also complain about their service, no response.

They look like they disappear from the world, no one can help me.

My tutor does not provide me with useful help and I also feel being discriminated against by my American English,

Her feedback has grammar errors, and she refuses to provide me extra support, she just said she want to see 100% correct writing.

But I spoke to my university tutors, and other teachers, they said my work was all fine.

I am very very upset about this online college and the unprofessional tutor.

Can you please provide advice?  where can I complains or any authority would help.

Many thanks,

Eva

You'll be able to follow the college's complaints procedure.

It's unlikely they're discriminating against you for American English. It's more likely to just be the errors in your writing that they're picking up on.

Thank you, do you know the college's complaints procedure website,

as this college is online, I already sent over 8 emails to them. They just ignore all.

I have to pay a loan, and it is not easy for me, but their service is terrible, only when they sale the course, it was very fast.

Thank you for the information, I contacted customer service, the advisor instructed me to send a new link to him, and he would resolve it, but after I sent over 8 emails, he disappeared like he never spoke to me.

Is this the information you have been using to contact them?
    • Call us on 0121 794 8380 (available from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
    • You can also email us at customer.services@stonebridge.uk.com
    • Write to us at Customer Service Department, Stonebridge House, 42 Ocean View Road, Bude, Cornwall, EX23 8ST
Under the 'Queries and Complaints' heading, they say they need the following information in order to help you.
    • Your full name.
    • The full name of the course you are studying.
    • Your username/student reference number (if applicable)
    • Full details on what your query or concern is.
I would try phoning them between 9 and 5 to try to get a sensible answer, since sending emails does not seem to be working for you.

I can't believe it, because when I buy this course, they sale customer service did such an amazing job, keep sending me a lot of emails and calls, helps, but after I bought the course, things are totally changing.

Like Mal said - try phoning them.

I'm guessing here that English is not your first language, Eva.  And by "American English" that's the way you were taught the English language.

The English you are writing here has verb forms that are incorrect in both British and American English - so your tutor is possibly correct to bring this up.  If they are not providing any extra support, then you are right to complain about that as well.

What course are you taking - and what do you want to change to?
I need to think of something new here...
