    You could email the ASDA CEO and ask them to cancel it. If you regularly use ASDA stores or order online, then say so and include proof of patronage.

    Appeal the PCN using the template in blue text if a cancellation is not forthcoming before the appeal deadline. Unfortunately the NTK is PoFA compliant so it won't matter if the keeper was not the driver.

    I visit that ASDA almost every week but don't have till receipts. I should be able to get extracts from my online banking and AMEX statements.

    I got a call today that two managers had a look and my request has been denied.
    I guess, the next step is to contact Head office and the CEO.

    Absolutely, and tell them this, with copies to support your statement.

    I emailed services@asda.co.uk and the CEO. He has now left but someone from the Executive team assisted me.
