This. I bought 2 TVs a few years back. None of the advertising mentioned sat but in small writing on the box it stated DVB-S. Just look for a screw plug on the back.getmore4less said:Which model TV some have Freesat tuners.

I've just looked at the specifications .
It seems that you have a FreeviewvTV and Not Freesat
Connect Lan Cable From TV Into Router . You need an Aerial . Preferably ouside .
Those photos earlier in the thread, are Sky /Freesat Cables . No use for your TVVery similar situation when I moved into my present flat , where I have the same cables as yours . I have no aerial . I think the people before me had sky and got disconnected when they moved . I purchased a Freesat box .You don't need a Freesat box , as your TV has Freeview
I stand to be corrected of course ..0 -

Thanks but as I have no arial, at least no cables into the living room then I can't watch freeview on it.another_casualty said:I've just looked at the specifications .

Then you're only option for live TV in your living room is to either get a Freesat box or get someone to extend the TV aerial coax, possibly via a junction box, to your living room. Does the aerial cable for your kitchen come directly from the outside wall? Might be worth looking outside to see how the aerial cable is routed.KITTYKOMP said:
