No paying it even if they file a claim. We see off almost every case and we can help at every stage.
Did you see the new statutory Code of Practice last month has banned add-ons because the DLUHC says they were 'designed to extort money from motorists'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
