Saw mine in the mid December, completed it the start of May. Did a drive by in between as I was buying when Covid first hit.

I must have worn the ink off the sales photos and my phone was probably relieved when I got the keys as it was fed up with me opening / closing the saved PDF.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

We moved 250 miles a couple of years ago, first viewing mid July,  another August (although that wasn't official as the property was empty and we just walked around the woodland) again early September for some measuring up and  finally the day of exchange in December.

Viewed in November, 2nd viewing January and then was able to have another viewing just before exchange as the owners had left. Completed in March, the property was a part exchange with a developer.

First viewed at the end of July, then we had a second viewing 14th September to measure up some things. Hoping we will exchange and complete this month, so I don't expect to view again before then! We have driven past quite a few times though, as the house is empty so I don't feel as creepy  :D
