Vodaphone Voucher Verification?

Hi, I've just signed up for Vodaphone broadband using the MSE link to get the £100 voucher in 3 to 4 months.
My question is once I've used the link there's nothing else to show I should get my voucher. Being a sceptical person and knowing now I've just been correctly connected I've only 14 days cooling off period to make sure I get it in writing that I will get my voucher. I don't want to wait 3-4 months to discover I receive nothing and Vodaphone denying all knowledge of it!
So who can confirm I am due a voucher?

You should have received an email from no-reply@giftcloud.com with the subject "An update on your gift".
This email includes a link to a page at https://rewards.giftcloud.com that shows the progress of your qualifying purchase and how long it is until they will send you the card claim email.

Definitely nothing as yet! My dads completed last Thursday 30th September and mine is due to go live in a week. Neither of us has received anything and I made the applications so I know I followed the MSE link in both cases. 
Is there a contact number I can call to verify? Vodaphone say its a MSE department that sends the voucher and they should be able to confirm its in the pipeline?

This is what it says at the bottom of the email (it says elsewhere that they'll ask for your WEB order number, so have that ready):

@bada55 did you ever get anywhere with Giftcloud?

I received an email from them today with a link to my gift card. Three clicks and I was given a £100 Amazon voucher code, which I've successfully added to my Amazon account.

Everything worked as advertised.

Now I just need to avoid the urge to spend it on shiny tat!

Great did it take the full 3 mths ?

It was the first week of September when we switched, so no, it was a little bit quicker than that.
