Unable to contact Vueling Airlines

Hi,
I recently had my flight cancelled to Barcelona with Vueling airlines. As they cancelled the flight & moved it by more than 5 hours I am legible for a refund. they have accepted my request for the refund to which they gave me a link to enter my details in. The link takes me to 'ChatBot' & asks me to enter each detail in. Everytime it gets to the end it says communication error please try again later. This has happened multiple times now & am still awaiting my refund. Their customer service line is an automated message & I have tried all options just to see if it would contact me to a human. Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Hi I have exactly the same problem and tried to contact they by phone.. they always say they are aware of the problem and they are going to sort out, but they don't. They say it depends on the bank transfers to UK. I honestly think that they are trying to get away with it as they do not have a base in UK. I have also find online another lady in UK referring to the same issue. If they do not reply we should think to make a 'class action'. Try to contact them to this online address nebs@vueling.com
