You can get SP quotes direct: https://www.scottishpower.co.uk/They're quoting me fixed tariffs at almost 24p/kWh for electricity and almost 6p/kWh for gas, which is 20% and 50% above the Ofgem cap respectively. If you want an alternative comparison site there are several (eg. Energylinx, which does show SP tariffs) but fundamentally there aren't many deals available at the moment and most have shocking proces compared to 6 months ago.You may find you have a choice of switching to a tiny energy compasny with little chance of remaining in business, or sticking with SP on their standard variable tariff.N. ultrasilva said:Hi, does anyone know why ScottishPower deals are no longer shown on MSE cheap energy club? My fixed tariff ends in a couple months and I was checking to see what's available... shocking prices... and not much. I've always used the cheap energy club to switch deals. Is there a better/more complete comparison site? Thanks.

Right now I'd go direct to the websites of the big suppliers for quotes. For this winter you may also want to seriuosly consider just letting your fix end and to revert to the default standard variable rate with Scottish Power. In the short term it will be very likely be the cheapest option. Longer term it's up to you to make your own guess as to whether a fix may eventually work out cheaper.1

The reason you do not see them is probably because you are already a customer of SP.
It's a frequent issue that the CEC fails to display any tariff by the customers current supplier.
(one work around is simply to temporarily change your current supplier details in your profile, but then any savings numbers will be meaningless, but you will still see the monthly/annual cost of each tariff offered)
Shouldn't be an issue as SP will contact you once your switching window opens and tell you what they can offer you as an existing customer.
- Martin's general advice at this time is to just fall onto their default tariff, which will be cheaper than anything else they will offer you.
- you can use the CEC to see how that compares to what else is available elsewhere.
Note: most suppliers have pulled details of their default tariffs from their websites to those requesting a quote. They are not making them available to new customers as they will lose the supplier money at this time.

Fantastic fixed rate, does this not apply now https://community.scottishpower.co.uk/t5/My-Energy/When-can-I-Leave-ScottishPower-without-incurring-exit-fee/td-p/1449 "You can freely switch between any ScottishPower tariff at any time without incurring exit fees, you can find our best available deals via the change my tariff tool within your online account" http://www.scottishpower.co.uk/changemytariff/

[Deleted User] said:QrizB said:You can get SP quotes direct:<snip>That tariff looks pretty good. The daily SC of 16.44p per fuel is well below the Ofgem cap, the electricity kWh rate of 19.51p is at least 0.6p below the cap, the gas kWh rate of 4.12 p is within 0.15p of the cap (depending on where you are, exactly). 0.15p on a typical 12000kWh/yr is £18 over the year. You might not get anything better from a major supplier.N. ultrasilva said:Thanks all. SP are quoting me this, when I log in. My current tariff has exit fees so will need to wait a bit longer anyway as my fixed tariff ends 31 Dec.Hi,check your T&Cs, you may find that if you are switching tariff, but staying with same provider, then exit fees are waived. That looks a good deal just now, might not last long.1
