Liverpool Airport - VCS No Stopping

Hello

My post relates to a no stopping claim from VCS at Liverpool Airport way back in December 2017. Thanks to the help of this forum I followed the advice regarding appeals etc for around 6 months at which point I heard no further from VCS or BW Legal.

However, I have in the past couple of months received all of the debt collection letters and just yesterday received a Letter Before Claim from VCS with the 30 day deadline. I have already sent a SAR request to their DPO.

I understand this means that a claim is likely but await the actual claim form. I have spent a lot of time researching VCS threads but can't seem to see any cases won recently at Liverpool Airport specifically - I have read that VCS tend to discontinue the claim shortly before the court date. Of course, as soon as I receive any claim form I will be following the process on the sticky thread but in the meantime, does anyone have any knowledge of VCS having been successful at LJLA recently?

Thanks

I doubt that you will find any recent outcomes for JLA , VCS have only just started using the LBC and maybe a few court claims , takes months from start to finish anyway

Try reading VCS cases at Bristol and Southend ( or RHA Doncaster possibly )

have a look at those first 2 in previous discussions

Yes, VCS are only just scraping the barrel of 2017 cases and I only recall two Airport claims that went to an actual hearing this year, both won by Defendants.

In one, VCS were found to have been operating outside of the enforcement boundary - I think they'd filmed the car off the road in a layby.

In the other, the keeper wasn't driving and they actually got into the car as a passenger while the car was in a side road queue for the drop off or short stay car park.  This was also not within the aerial view enforcement area.
