Igloo credit

An update. I can still view my Igloo account, and it's showing all the DDs and my £284 credit, so should all be good eventually. I screenshotted everything just in case.0

I left Igloo 2 or 3 weeks before they went under, at which point they hadn't processed my final bill. Final bill got sorted about 2 or 3 weeks ago and they said it would take 7 days to process the refund. Didn't hear anything but assumed they maybe busy processing refunds. Cheque has just landed in the post today from Eon Next. Happy days.0

My Igloo credit cheque arrived Monday 22 Nov. Letter Dated 12 Nov.
. Now just need to sort out the move from Avro to Octopus. 0 -
My Eon.next account still shows a message saying they are still working with Igloo to get credit balances moved over. This seems to be dragging on and on!0

I've had communication from Igloo today, well the administrators saying they have moved my credit over to my Eon.next account.bioboybill said:My Eon.next account still shows a message saying they are still working with Igloo to get credit balances moved over. This seems to be dragging on and on!
Without any figures only monetary as neither Igloo or Eon have sent me a breakdown bill. I deduce from what figures I've got Igloo had my account in credit by £127, the credit passed over to me is £95. I therefore take it I owed them £32. That actually works out roughly what I thought it could be. So this credit figure applied to my Eon account shows I'm -£3 at present as my first bill from Eon is/was £98.
While it all seems ok so far I find them very slow at issuing me a proper itemised bill plus I paid my first DD yesterday (1st Dec) it's not been applied to my account yet. Igloo used to apply any payment immediately and notify me. I suppose it'll get better as we go along.0 -
Not had any communication, my credit has gone over to my Eon.next account approx £17.77 lighter than I have worked out that it should be after calculating remaining Igloo charges, looks like October direct debit showing in payments has not been reflected within credit balance transfer.Being as I am paying on receipt of bill by direct debit, no need for me to keep any credit with Eon.next, will request credit refund.Edit - reply I got via Twitter ""Any payments made after 7th October will be applied to your E.ON Next account early this coming week"

I left igloo days before they went down, still not had final bill. Who actually sorts that out Igloo administrators? eon?
edit just seen my final bill was calculated yesterday so took 2 months for anyone else in similar position0 -
I moved house the week they went bust and took on the existing supplier (Utility Warehouse) in the new house as it had a smart meter. Eon say they haven't got my details and Igloo now have £685 of mine as they have continued taking DD on top of my existing credit. Not sure who to ring now as Eon say they didn't take over my account due to my house move.0

I got a similar email and nothing on Eon Next site, as I left Igloo for Sainsburys Energy at the time they went into administration and not been provided with an account number for Eon. Just checked my Igloo account and my last bill is there and seems accurate going off the opening readings I had submitted to Sainsburys Energy. I spoke to SE on FB and they advised I should receive my credit via a cheque in the post within the next 28 days.Brewer21 said:
