As I understand it how each portion of the estate is dealt with will depend on where it is located. So you say bank account in Mexico then that's dealt with by the laws of Mexico and their banking regulations. If there's property in Brazil or Italy or how it's ownership is transferred will be dependent on the laws of those countries. There is the possibility that the country where your surviving parent resides may also have laws about bringing assets into that country.
Frankly to find a single solicitor who can act from a position of knowledge of all the jurisdictions may be both difficult and expensive, particularly in the UK if that's not any of the countries involved. You might be able to find out quite a lot via google if you speak whatever languages might be involved.
