Faulty washing machine from Currys

Hi all, I've a washing machine from Currys, just over a yr old, started making a noise like a helicopter, so called for engineer. Came out looked at it empty, never made a noise. Left it a while then called again, another engineer didn't know what it was. Went away. Over the last 4 months I've had the support struts replaced, one engineer tell the company nothing wrong with it after the repair, it was down to what I was washing, it's a 10kg machine with a duvet setting on it by BEKO. With a 1400 rpm.
Another engineer came back and said it needs writing off, customer service heard it over the phone said not to use it, I've no choice, 2 keys workers and I'm registered disabled. Then write off team send another engineer out same one who said nothing g wrong with it, and because I put a small dog bed in it I have papillon dogs it's my fault it's damaged. Why does it say it can wash a duvet then, my husband's uniform is heavier.
All the stress caused me to have a mini stroke, after they turned write off down again. This was the second time. Over the course of that weekend I had my phone off they sent more messages to say they had decided to put through the machine for write off, and would send a voucher by email.
I have received the email, £466.39 voucher sent.
We paid £349.99 for machine
Repair replace £169.99
So as you can see, we paid more than they sent us. I queried it and they offered £40 as a gesture of good will. Which I think is a kick in the teeth after all they have put me through.
I have sent off for small claims forms as I can't cope with it anymore . I did suggest to them that if they provide me a Samsung machine which is £579.00 with free installation, I would drop any court action.
No they don't want to know. I have seen online that CCJ's don't seem to bother them, but how do I claim for my health ? Sorry for the long post

It's the stress they have caused me by saying there is nothing wrong with the machine knowing full well that there is, I have recordings of it with the times and dates, they were also told I had health problems and I didn't need to be stressed out. The last engineer that came in to my home, I specifically told them not.to send him as he was rude and obnoxious, but they still sent him. His way of repairing a machine standing looking at it, not even turning it on, then writing his report telling them it's my fault as I put a dog bed in it.
The machine might have cost only £349.99
The repair plan which is a con, was £169.99
They are refusing to pay it all back, it states that if they can't repair within 7 days on it they will replace with new item. Not the case for me, so I feel that I'm entitled to the whole amount.0 -
Can you prove, with medical evidence, that the stress caused a mini stroke?
They have given you a voucher for £466.39 + £40 = £506.39
You have spent £519.98
You are going to go to the small claims court for £ 13.59.

They haven't paid the £40 yet and yes I have evidence.0

OP it's worth noting
Once we issue you with a Currys PC World voucher to replace your product, we will immediately cancel your Plan with effect from the date of the incident which gave rise to the repair request and you'll be entitled to a pro-rata refund of any Plan payments made for the period after the date of termination of the Plan.
So they give a voucher and refund the part of the plan you didn't use.
As as far Consumer Rights go you could possibly argue they've not followed the terms of the plan to the letter by repairing in 7 days and getting everything sorted easily but it's a £54 difference which with the extra £40 is only £14 and not an amount viable to chase.
If you want to push for more compensation, which is down to Curry's goodwill, you could Google CEO email and search that site for Currys which will give you a higher level of customer facing support.
