  • So yes, as somebody guessed above, the link from you PC is only 100/100 despite it being a Gigabit adaptor. 

    So it is either the fastest that the TP Powerline adaptors support or a cable issue, either way a direct ethernet cable from the router to the PC would be the cheapest option to get full speed internet to the PC.

    Im getting the router moved into the front room so pc can be plugged in to it, with a cat5 or 6 cable,,
    Id need 30ft of cable otherwise,, 
    Any issues I'll come back with a fresh post
