Wasn't there a long thread on here about a van/motorhome where we all thought the buyer was trying it on, said the seller had nothing to worry about. Went to the Small Claims Court and they buyer won. Wish I could find the link.
Well this makes me feel better
    Well, it shouldn't:
    buyer won.
The OP has posted as the seller.
I believe the OP may have been using a bit of mild sarcasm.

No indication of such in the post.  Emojis have a purpose.

There was, and it was a bet your house on the outcome type affair. A much stronger case than the OP. But they still lost.

Exactly. I think the courts verdict took everyone by surprised. As you say, that was a much stronger case then the op's as well.

The buyer withdrew the case, based on the lack of evidence he has I would say, i had alot more evidence to say that the van was in working condition when he bought it , and he couldnt provide a single decent piece of evidence to prove the van was faulty, he also claimed that I put a fraudulent MOT on the van and that it couldnt of passed emissions because of all the so called smoking but backed down after I sent him the emissions report from the MOT centre.
Excellent news OP, glad you stuck to your guns in the end and were not bullied, a thread worth reading for others in the same situation as mistakes were made but the right outcome. I am sure these clowns work for WeBuyAnyCar.
