Ryanair - Cash Refund

I have tried a dozen times or more to claim a cash refund from Ryanair for flights they changed back in may 2021. I have been online with their chat service. Had promises of a refund which I have photographic proof of saying my cash refund has been accepted only to recieve an email a few days later telling me I am to have a voucher. Today they inform me that I have accepted the voucher. I definately have not. Nor have I ever recieved a voucher code. This has been going on for months.
What course of action is left for me to claim my £688.08
Any advise would be very much appreciated.
