Had applied to switch from Pure Planet to PFP energy but then received a phone call from PFP saying they had ceased trading and I could wait to transfer to British Gas or cancel the switch and remain with Pure Planet. I chose the latter but today PFP took s direct debit from my account and Pure Planet are now only showing I have electricity with them and not the dual fuel which I had before. What is happy
