Same. Also I've got an Octopus login now but the meter reading section says I have "no associated properties".0

Finally got my first email from them today ( switch date was 22nd September) and was able to submit readings ok.1

@psul was that via the avrofinalread.redfishuk.com link?
Mine looks like this, there are no boxes for reading input.

Same as mine, I email them and they replied asking for me to email them the reading and they will enter them for me.1

Thanks, I'll email them the readings and let them sort it then.Hammer_Time said:they replied asking for me to email them the reading and they will enter them for me.0 -
Mine also looks like this, so I emailed to let them know and gave my readings. The reply said they were aware it didn't work for many customers and to keep a record of my readings to submit later.oliverbrown said:@psul was that via the avrofinalread.redfishuk.com link?

Not good sending a link that they are aware does not work in the first place, then not recording my readings when I give them.
Don't we need them to send these readings to our 'switched from' supplier for a final bill to be issued. My concern is we will be paying two suppliers at the same time.0 -
When I emailed my readings in the person replied and said he'd add them to my account. Hopefully it has been done but your post makes me think otherwise.tsb said:Not good sending a link that they are aware does not work in the first place, then not recording my readings when I give them.

As for your previous supplier, tell them to suspend your monthly DD until the final bill.0 -
Yes that was the link, each line had a box to input the readings.oliverbrown said:@psul was that via the avrofinalread.redfishuk.com link?
