Avro Energy Bankruptcy

As Avro Energy has ceased trading I now have no access to my bills, payments, credit figures etc. The last bill I downloaded was July, I usually don't bother as I would log in to check. Any idea how I can get access to this information now the website isnt functioning

You might want to follow some of the other Avro forums on here which reference this. Their website is overwhelmed with hits. Try getting in late at night/early morning. Screen prints, copy statements, photograph your meter reads now are all recommended.

Thank you, I have tried umpteen times to log in and just thought they had disabled the website when they ceased trading when I couldn't log in. 🙈

Depending on how long you have been an Avro customer (pre or post their website face-lift) you may have access to their website via the old portal. Someone has posted the url for this but I can't find it at the moment. This worked for me as I'd been a customer for a number of years. Can't remember when the website face-lift happened though.

Thank you!! Have now managed to download last 6 invoices and meter reads which I hadnt been able to do on the usual one.  Very much appreciated. Also fairly relieved to be I formed that being transferred to Octopus within 7 days 🙂
