How have people been getting on with this strange card card-less?

I cancelled the soon to end Amazon MC card and applied for this (both cards are Newday) as I like the idea of card-less (for at least one of my cards). I got a £1200 limit.

    No fees is nice too.

I don't see any actual PDF for the monthly statement and never received a notification either. From what I can see my bill was issued 21st and is due by 9th November. That's a very short period if I'm correct.

The Natwest Pay It option failed so I used my old payment information from the Amazon card and that went through via bank transfer.

Why didn't you make the advertised move from Amazon over to Pulse rather than close the account? That's also run by NewDay and has cashback... I know some got moved automatically, and others had to call a number and enter a verification code, but very few people would have been declined for the Pulse changeover.

I had a look at Pulse but it had zero benefits from what I could see so I just cancelled the Amazon card through that automated telephone system.

BIP has zero fees which is attractive for buying stuff outside the UK.

I'm going to accept Pulse as Amazon card was strictly used for Amazon purchases only.
