Without the front page you have no MCOL password and instead of online, you will have to acknowledge the claim by email.
Do that tonight then when you ring the CCBC for a copy of the 'POC' (Particulars of Claim; they won't reissue the claim first page) ask them to mark your claim as acknowledged by email and to tell you how much the claim is for, and to email you a capture of the POC as you've lost the vital front page.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi guys, quick update!
I have sent in the acknowledgment form , I also emailed a SAR to the DPO at PCM UK. Lastly I emailed Gladstones solicitors requesting they put the claim on hold for 30days pending the response from their client in regards to the SAR.
Tried to call CCBC Northampton but no luck yet, will keep trying.
Thank you all for your support, will update you as soon as I hear from them .1 -

As it's a live court claim , nothing will stop it , the deadline is set when the AOS is completed and logged2
