  • Thank you Redx , will do all you said, I will keep looking for the claim form, however as I said, it is only one PCN on that claim form.

Then a typical loss in court would be about £200 ish , not what they are claiming

Cause of action estoppel covers multiple claims , so does the Henderson case

Ok thank you, do you know how I can request for a new claim form to be resend to me with all the claim details.I asked the county court via telephone but they send just the response pack via email not the original claim form that got all the claim details. I also called Gladstones solicitors they asked me to request it from the court.

There is no court , yet , just the CCBC in Northampton , a government department , phone them and ask for an emailed copy to be sent , plus I did tell you to ask for a copy in your SAR too

The county court in Northampton is a completely different address

Without the front page you have no MCOL password and instead of online, you will have to acknowledge the claim by email.

Do that tonight then when you ring the CCBC for a copy of the 'POC' (Particulars of Claim; they won't reissue the claim first page) ask them to mark your claim as acknowledged by email and to tell you how much the claim is for, and to email you a capture of the POC as you've lost the vital front page.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

And email a SAR to the DPO at PCM UK asap too , to obtain copies of all documents and pictures , including a copy of the claim form , just in case , so the sooner the better 👍👍👍
  • Hi guys, quick update!
I have sent in the acknowledgment form , I also emailed  a SAR to the DPO at PCM UK. Lastly I emailed Gladstones solicitors requesting they put the claim on hold for 30days pending the response from their client in regards to the SAR.
Tried to call CCBC Northampton but no luck yet, will keep trying.
Thank you all for your support, will update you as soon as I hear from them .

Gladstone will reply and reject the 30 days hold because it applies to an LBC , pre court stage , not a live court claim , so expect a rejection

As it's a live court claim , nothing will stop it , the deadline is set when the AOS is completed and logged
