AVRO energy going bust and my credit

Here’s the issue, I’ve used AVRO for several years, less than 2 months ago signed for another year’s fixed term deal.
I’ve accumulated a summer account credit with AVRO but I don’t know the amount as their website has stopped working.

I was planning on getting this back from the new supplier when they take over the account but I’ll have no way of checking if the credit balance is correct.
Others must be in the same situation.
Any advice?

Check the website later on tonight or in the early hours. It is working, it's just overwhelmed with others trying to log on. I was able to log on and see my account late last night, and have done so just now as well.
Take meter readings today, as well. Then wen the new supplier takes over you have a reference point.
P.S. Your summer credit will be needed anyway, because you'll end up on a tariff with the new supplier that is almost certain to be more expensive than the deal you signed up to for the coming year. That price increase, with winter consumption, will soon eat into it.1 -

If you're in credit with your old supplier, your money is protected and you'll be paid back.
You will also notice that fixed price deals have pretty much gone, other than a few new ones that take into account the massive price rises. So given the price cap is on standard tariff. Better to stick with that.Life in the slow lane1 -
I too cannot access my statements online. When I try to login I get the following message ..."Your balance is safe. We're currently experiencing high volume of customers on the portal. Please check back later."and no account or statement details are showing, just blank sections not populated with any data.Has anyone been able to access their statements today, Thursday 23 September?
