As we all know AVRO Energy have ceased trading. The web site is unavailable even though they have emailed me asking for a meter reading. Obviously I can’t submit this.
The advice is to keep all your paperwork but of course AVRO is web based so I can’t now access my account to obtain my statements. Just sit back and wait I guess.

It might sound snotty (I apologise if this is how it comes across) but read the other threads,  new ones just clog up the page.  No-one knows, the website is up for some, down for others (log in but blank for me).  The bottom line is take photos, keep trying the website, "email your readings" and CC yourself if you have the automated meter reading email.  Wait for SOLR and go from there.

I just went onto the site and it was there although blank for the first few minutes it did then show my balance etc.

it took me 2 hours of refreshing the avro website to get any details up at all. On average it took 8 refreshes on each page of each type to get anything up. It took longer as i was also doing my mums who i moved to avro and now regret :-(

The only thing i could not get was statements, they go to a scripting error page. But i have most of the meter readings, payments and statement "amount", so please just keep trying and take screenshots as soon as a page has something on it as you don't know how long it will be up :-)

I downloaded all my statements from this one very quickly.
