They've recently restructured their "small & light" warehouses and they've always used RM a lot of the time. Essentially everything low value that can be sent as an up to 250g large letter.
Previously they were getting a lot of losses and sending the wrong items and that looks less possible with their changes.
Knowing Amazon they probably pay RM the same, or even less, for Tracked24 as we mere mortals pay for RM24.

Real increase addresses being printed too far left and the address getting sliced.(always happened before but not in these volumes)
Could lead to misdeliveries eg delivered to no3 when it should be 33 or delayed/returned items0 -
Well out of the blue several days after it was updated to say delivered, the postman put it through the letterbox today.0
