I ordered 2 items to go to my mums address. They apparently were sent from 2 different fulfilment centres, one arrived by Amazon the next day and the other was sent by RM Tracked 24.
The RM tracking then updated to say it would be delivered the next day and on that day was updated again to say delivery has been attempted and no one was home, mum was in all day, nothing left outside, with neighbours etc.
Went on tracking to rearrange. This was meant for yesterday, it was marked delivered, again mum was in, nothing through letter box, nothing at either door outside, even checked bin, shed and garden plus neighbours.
Amazon say wait until Friday 24th.
Am I right In thinking RM tracked 24 should also show GPS location map? As there’s nothing like that on the tracking.

Interestingly the ones I've had to refund recently have shown as being tracked to delivery.
Data is closely monitored on scanning quality for Tracked. Are you comfortable with your label/packaging quality?
If Amazon send from a fulfilment centre and use Royal Mail they tend to use RM24 so that was my point of reference. Amazon aren't too fussy about paying extra for fully tracked, the barcode delivery scan usually works for them. They rarely use RM for higher value items from my knowledge.
Obviously, the OP mentions Tracked24 so I have probably made the wrong assumption.
Service used:Royal Mail Tracked 24™
Was only a book reduced from 8.99 to 3.00.
