Hi Guys

Unfortunatly, weve recently been left high and dry by Mr Mockridge. We booked his cottage in Looe back in November 24 and paid in full (As we had stayed there last year).

We were due to arrive 2 weeks ago. lierally 2 nights beforehand, we recieve a poor email which basically states he has suffered a medical issue, he cant honour the booking and needs to close his buisness.

I can see from the top of this thread, someone recieved the same a few years ago. Could you potentially reach out and share as im now not recieving any refund or comms back from him and will shortly be approaching a debt recovery company.
