Landowner Complaint

If unable to speak to landowner and a letter of complaint is sent instead, is it the keepers name and address that is included in letter or is the NTK reference number enough detail?

Without thes detais you are unlikely to receive a reply.  Have you read the newbies?  Have you complained to your MP?

The landowner will have no clue about anything based on a NtK reference number - they have no access to any NtK.

He/she should be provided with the name and address of the complainant.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You don't know so Dear Sirs is acceptable and standard

You could also say Dear Sir/Madam

Don't forget to end it with ... yours faithfully

Hand written is fine as long as your writing is good
  • Why specifically “faithfully”? wouldnt any formal ending be okay? like Best wishes
