It's been over two years, and a pandemic, since we last had so many top banks throwing cash out to vacuum in new customers. This month alone, four new deals have launched. So if you're not deliriously happy with your existing bank account, carpe payem (seize the payment) and do it now while the choice is wider than a whale's yawn...

Do we really need an article discussion here for this when we’ve had separate threads for months about each offer?1

For anyone wanting to read existing discussions here are the main active threads for the 4 most discussed (recently) offers:

Yes, useful particularly for NI peeps but, in effect, the same as the RBS one And in theory not available if you've done RBS. Though iirc some people do find calling their bluff yields rewards!Daliah said:Everybody seems to forget to mention the £150 Ulster Bank switch offer, running until 18th of November 2021

As I reported in the RBS thread, I did the last RBS/Natwest/Ulster offer and got paid all three. This shouldn't have happened but it did - nothing ventured, nothing gained. You don't have to be an NI resident for the Ulster offer, or live in Scotland for the RBS one. All UK residents qualify.Zanderman said:

The Santander offer does not appear to require any Direct Debits on the old account - just that at least two are set up within 60 days on the new account.

I am going from Lloyds to Nationwide then to HSBC due to them all paying pretty quickly. Waiting until January for Santander and RBS doesn't make me want to join them.....0

To be fair, I don't think they'll want you to join them if you're just switching from one account to another. In fact that's the reason they're delaying the payouts.IAMIAM said:I am going from Lloyds to Nationwide then to HSBC due to them all paying pretty quickly. Ive received the Lloyds one already, only opened and switched 5 days ago. Applied for Nationwide today, switching over weekend, so hopefully 125 soonish again0
