Hope this is in the right area.(Wayland Games refusing to refund package wrongly delivered.)

My son has an account with Wayland Games. He ordered a some games recently, and found in his inbox yesterday a message from DPD that it was delivered and a photograph of out old front door (We moved 2 years ago to Wales).

Wayland Gameswebsite has been delivering to us for the last 2 years at the new address, but it appears a mess up has been made, and they have reverted to using the old address. They refuse to refund or issue a store Credit.

They have even suggested that we travel back a good 250 miles to try and collect the parcel, despite the fact we do not drive!

Is there anything we can do? We paid by Paypal.

You can probably report a problem through Paypal if it was eligible for buyer protection.

Just check your transaction - I got caught out with Paypal using my old address as it doesn't update the default delivery address with your new one, so check that is correct, and if so, try raising the dispute through Paypal.

As well as trying the above advice, you could post on the Consumer Rights forum, some knowledgeable people there - not suggesting that @[Deleted User] isn't!
