ANPR - Moved house

Tablesalt

Hi all,
I parked for longer than the allowed time in a car park with anpr number plate recognition. Problem is, I moved house the same day so I've no idea whether I've been issued a fine or not. Assuming that I have, I don't know how to proceed since my address will have changed after the fine/letter arrived.
Anyone any advice to avoid this snowballing?
Cheers in advance

Have you now informed the DVLA of the COA for both your V5C and driving licence?1

Any representative dates?

Date of notifying DVLA of address change for V5C:
Did you notify DVLA x2? (V5C and driving licence have to be done separately) Did you do the address change electronically?Jenni x2 -
Okay, I think by the looks of things I need more info. I'm going to try and contact one of the companies who's establishment the car park is connected to (supermarket probably) and see if I can get some details. I don't know anybody in the area so can't look myself (5hour drive away).
In terms of the ticket or demand or whatever it is, I really don't know. I don't even know if I've been issued one for sure. Any correspondence will have gone to my old address. Presumably they contact the DVLA for my details, but they will have changed shortly after the day in question.
I'm going to try and see if i can get ahold of any of my post that went to that previous address.
But yes, I have all the dates of the event and the dates I changed my v5c and license.
Thanks for all the responses, I'll be in touch as soon as I have some more info.0 -

Email a request to the DVLA to tell you who (private parking firms) has requested your data relating to that car in the past x weeks, and who it was and which address was provided by the DVLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Bear in mind that you email the request but they'll respond by post.
(Unless that's changed recently?)

Okay, so, after some waiting and phone calls I managed to get ahold of the letter. It's well outside the grace period and after the time they state in the letter that it needs to be paid by. It was issued by parking eye and they have the entrance and exit photographs of the vehicle.
Ideally I'd like to just pay the reduced rate to get this all to go away, it's already eaten up a lot of time just getting ahold of the letter in the first place. Is my next step to try and ring the company themselves?
If it had arrived at my current address I would have paid the reduced rate immediately but now I'm outside the final payment window I'm not sure what the best course of action is. Any thoughts?0
