Mobile phone trade-in value

I have an iPhone 12 64gb mobile which I'm looking to sell. It's in immaculate condition so am looking for the best price possible. I've done a few price comparisons to find the best offer price. 99% of sites are coming in as £360 to £390. When searching I found Argos trade-in. They're offering £494. I thought this was a mistake, so made sure I did the search based on my IMEI and it came up with the same offer. This seems too good to be true. Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Richard.

No reason why Argos won't honour that price, but I'd grab that offer from them before they lower it considering the iPhone 13 range is being released this Friday.0
