Hello all, I don’t know if any of you may be able to help.
We were with People's Energy. On Thursday last week we noticed that something was up with our boiler. My husband is a plumber and soon found out there was a fault with our gas meter. We called the emergency number on the people’s energy website. Only finding out they’d gone under when we called. They put us on a list for emergencies, telling us that we would receive a call out within 4 hours. Suffice to say it is now 4 days later, numerous calls, also having spoke to Citizens Advice specialist energy team, and we are still off supply.
We were in credit in our account and we have 3 children in the home. I’m at my wits end- does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you
Thank you
