No it wouldn't, it would show some, but not all. Many people have third party insurance for vehicles not belonging to them.Terry1931 said:"Whilst it is possible that the defendant could have been the driver of the vehicle in question, the 'parking charge', was issued almost 5 years ago. It would surely be unreasonable to expect The Defendant to recall their whereabouts on an unremarkable date"
A simple check of your insurance documents would determine who was insured to drive your vehicle on those dates.0 -

As your deadline is 4pm , slot it into the defence template , after removing 2 & 3 from the template , renumber all remaining paragraphs from the old 4 onwards , add an electronic signature , save as a pdf and email it to the ccbcaq email address asap , as shown in the 12 numbered instructions in post one of the Defence template post by coupon madMummyBeal said:Thank you, sorry I realised what you meant so have updated all the numbers on my full document.
Would you say that's all good to go then?
Then check your email inbox folder and spam folder for the email auto receipt from the CCBC1 -

Most insured keepers I know have at least 2 people insured , the keeper and spouse , as a bare minimum , I cannot think of anyone in my family that has lone insurance , not one person at all !Terry1931 said:

Even my newly qualified grand daughter has her boyfriend named on her policy1 -
You really do not understand simple legal matters. Many registered keepers only have one person insured to drive the vehicle.
My insurance enables me to drive any roadworthy vehicle in the UK that I have permission to drive.
Advising the OP that only those insured by the keeper could be the driver of a vehicle and therefore liable for parking charges is preposterous and really unhelpful in their time of need.3
