Hi, I need some advice and help,I have signed a contract with Three on 15/7/2021 for 24 months with 6 month Half Price for Home Broadband WiFi Promotion with LG 32 in HD TV.
I have been several times to THREE Store in Edinburgh to get an update re:delivery of TV,each time I was told to ring a number they gave but was told by the distributor that THREE has not placed an order.
The manager at the THREE Store told me that I have to wait for 45 days !
I rang 333 customer service and reminded them that it’s now 2 months since the contract was signed. I had sent an email to [email protected] on 5th September but no reply !
I was told that last week that I would have the TV in 10 days?
Our holiday is on hold as we waited daily for the delivery and now we are really fed up and would like to cancel the contract.
What else can we do now ?
