    Yep, they would want that.  You could send an offer of £20 per PCN if you really want to and remind SABA about their employee's offer which was binding on them, they couldn't just pull it.

    Personally I wouldn't offer SABA a penny but your choice.  Maybe faffing around slowly with offers, then questions, then a SAR (all separate and always on the final day for reply) will get you past the six years!

    Does it matter, every scammer, loft installation company, , water softener salesman and  a young  Russian lady looking for a good time has mine.
