Parking Ticket Threats

Obviously yes, of course. CP PLUS sue people for fun and IMHO are a pretty horrible company. There are threads about them every week here.
Are the letters in her name as keeper?
She needs these cancelled and sharpish. Forget engaging with tedious old DRP but she needs to get her MP to lean on the Hospital Facilities Manager to cancel them all for her and her colleagues who are probably also burying their heads in the sand thinking nothing will happen.
I mean, she was de facto authorised and permitted, so she’d win in court but that all takes hours of prep and assistance from us and her time is more precious. We win these cases all the time including for Doctors and nurses but for goodness sake get proactive and get formal with the Hospital and get your MP on your sides.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Are you saying there is a chance this could get to court??
With that amount they will most definitely try a punt in court, I would lean on the hospital management this is ridiculous the PPC work for the hospital not the other way round.

She would win in court, almost certainly, and runs NO RISK of a CCJ as long as you don't move house and not tell the PPC your new address. Just to be clear, even if she lost (and it would be nowhere near £900 even if she lost) then the losing party pays what the Judge orders. We only see losses once in a blue moon.
But we are telling you how to rid yourselves of this crap and that doesn't involve contacting the waste of space debt crawler.

As above , plus your wife clearly understands that prevention is better than cure !! Getting
Nip it in the bud asap , she complains to the trust and her local MP , asap , following the earlier advice , getting the PCN s cancelled , because if she doesn't then it's extremely likely that one or more court claims will be issued against her
Vaccinate now , or be put in intensive care later !! We cannot stress enough how important it is to crank up the pressure right now
A SAR will obtain all here data from the parking company DPO , because it's important to know how many PCNs could be involved3 -
Managed to obtain the direct email addresses of the facilities head and deputy head and have emailed them explaining the situation. Presumably as the people dealing with their contracted partner they have the power to call off the dogs.
Absolutely prepared to take this to court but my wife is desperately worried about attracting negative attention to the hospital - to the point that she would almost rather pay the £900 to avoid any negative publicity. She's obviously aware that its not the hospital but one of its contract "partners" but nevertheless.2 -
I disagree.
The hospital employs the PPC and are responsible for the actions of their agents, and this should be broadcast far and wide. The hospital should be getting as much bad publicity as possible.
Staff at Cardiff hospital ended up declaring themselves insolvent due to the actions of a PPC there, and I believe several resigned.
The NHS and the UK cannot afford to lose NHS staff so the trust should be doing their utmost to help, as should the Sect of State for Health, and the government in general.
In my opinion the hospital in question already has negative publicity, and they should be shamed into doing something about the problem they have created.
Tell the local and national press. Shout it from the rooftops. Tell the world. Do not pay and fund this industry that MPs across all parties have referred to as scammers, rogues, and bloodsuckers.I married my cousin. If they were adhering to the government rules them maybe they wouldn't be in this position ?

Several trusts have had bad publicity and put into special measures due to bad practic or not meeting government standards , if they weren't found out , bad things would till be happening
Cardiff was one of the worst we have seen for staff court issues , but there have been a few others
The trust have brought this situation about , they are mandated by NHS England to sort it out , prevention is always better than cure !!3 -
As long as she is certain this cannot affect her credit rating then she's willing to fight.
