temporary internet

I am going to be in temporary accommodation for 3 months which does not have a landline so no broadband internet
It does however have a Sky dish and TV aerial.so I can take my Sky box and TV with me.
The only mobile phone I have is on Asda's pay as you go.
I have a laptop and an Android tablet
What are my option so I can connect my Sky box and TV to the internet to watch on demand and catchup TV?

Never tried this myself but a 4G or 5G hub might be the best option given that you are only there for 3 months.A standard 1 month rolloing contract with a ISP will hit you with a install cost and hefty monthly prices - it might even cost the same for you to get on their 12month contract wirth free install and lower cost and then cancelthe contract early. Some providers will allow you to change addresses for a small fee.I would be tempted to go with this on a 12 month contract. http://www.three.co.uk/Huawei/5G-Hub/hbbPlans?bundle=HBBDeviceThey do rolling monthly plans on their 4G - but 4G could mean buffering.Don't be tempted to go for those voice sims with unlimited data. They are not designed to be used in 4G routers and might hit you with a tethering penalty and/or throttle the speed down after certain amount of GB has been consumed..Caveat emptor: I have no personal experience with three and I don't know if they're suitable for on demand streaming.

The big advantage with catch up and on demand with Sky boxes ,is that they aren't streamed but actually downloaded ,so you can use even with a relatively slow internet connection - I've used Catch up on a connection @ 5Mbps in the past, so SHOULD work with a 4G router (but as per previous poster haven't got personal experience)1
