Fined by CPM for parking on residential property but time on notice wrong.

Ring the Council Highways/parking enforcement team and ask them to tell you where the boundary is, exactly, in writing/map.

I wouldn't be parking there, it is within 15 feet of a junction and apart from that is likely to get walloped by anyone coming round the corner into Anne Compton Mews.2

Google Street View shows a sign which says "Private property residents only" right by the side of where you parked.
That sign is about 4'6" above ground - about eye height of someone sitting in a car.
Also, the lamppost next to your parked car has a Private Parking sign on it.
