Really best if you start a new thread/discussion and then you can get bespoke help rather then hijacking an old thread from last year.  Start your new thread by clicking on the "Create Post" button and then when it drops down select New Discussion.  Copy and paste the text from above and we'll take it from there.
  • Thanks I started another thread

    Hello Everyone,

Just had a court hearing about that case and unfortunately, the court took the side of the claimant and ordered to pay in full whatever they claimed. As I understand the order should come in the post. I don't think I will be appealing on the judgment and unfortunately, I cannot remember exactly what the judge said, but basically its like this:

    1.Signage is Ok
    2. ANPR is working and nothing indicates any malfunction
    3. Defendant must have had a physical parking permit despite staff saying it's not necessary, because it is in terms and conditions on the sign (I struggle with this one as there is nothing about physical permit at all)

I would like to thank everyone for their advice and help in preparing this defense.
If anyone have any questions I would gladly reply

Also the Judge spoke about "100 charge that is clearly displayed" I cannot find anything like that on the pictures that I made (they are a few pages back and these are the pictures I made at the site. It seems that my pictures was not considered at all.

Disappointing to read that - especially the bit "ordered to pay in full whatever they claimed".

Having lost the case, didn't you object the the Claimant's excessive costs?

We didn't see your Witness Statement though.

I did not had an opportunity to say anything at the end to be honest.

I edited all details so its a little weird, but can be understood
