Very Poor Experience with Lebara

I took the MSE offer to join Lebara. My Portin date was Friday 10th September and a week later I’m still unable to make calls, send texts or access internet. They have only partially completed the Portin and trying to reach their customer service without being able to call, is frustrating. If I don’t get it sorted today then I’m leaving! It’s been a really bad experience

    Whereas my wife joined Lebara recently, ported her number across seamlessly, got the £10 credit and often gets a better signal strangely than me who is on 'pure' Vodafone (Lebara use Vodafone service).  They even seem to roll on unused data for a month to the next month even though we didn't think they did.  So obviously we are happy with Lebara.

    Sorry you've had a bad experience but unfortunately sometimes these things happen, but I agree its very frustrating.

    However, a quick google suggest that you can call customer service on another phone if your Lebara SIM isn't working so do you not have access to another phone (work, friend, )?   Also clearly you do have some form of access to the internet or else you wouldnt have been able to post so have you not been able to use the chat function?

    What a shame - we both use lebara and also as our main (4g) broadband provider and never had an issue. Glad you're sorted - I get a great signal and find them good value
