MSE NEWS: Apple launches iPhone 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max
Tech giant Apple has just unveiled its new handset range, the iPhone 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max, while cutting the price of the now-older iPhone 12, 11 and SE. Buying a new iPhone is never MoneySaving and early adopters usually pay the most.
Xiaomi model coming soon, approx same spec as one of the £1000+ iPhones, 6.7 screen, 8 GB and 128 GB, from under half the price.
Not for me, but gives an idea of relative prices.
You're comparing apples with oranges (no pun intended) since Xiaomi phones use a different operating system so the user experience will be totally different. Your comparison would only be valid if Xiaomi phones ran iOS.

It's still a comparison. Is the Apple operating system really worth £500 to 600 extra per installation?

If the iPhone 13 range sells better than the latest and greatest Xiaomi, then the answer is yes. But you might as well compare a Ford Ka to a Mercedes E class, after all both have 4 wheels and an engine right? Or a Miele washing machine to a Beko one, after all a washing machine has a drum which spins around right?
I'm no Apple fan boy I would always say keep the phone you have got unless its completely knackered but a comparison is more than just screen size and memory. It would be like comparing cars with engine size and number of doors.
8kw system spread over 6 roofs , surrounded by trees and in a valley.
