County Court Claim-QDR solicitors/Met Parking

Send the N225 to your local court (with the completed N180 also, and don't stint on crossing off possible holidays & busy weeks) with a short covering email saying that you need this email to be placed before the allocating Judge for claim no. (and part 20 Counterclaim) xxxxxx..
State that you already sent a N225 to the CNBC but it appears to have got lost (don't elaborate) so you are formally requesting judgment by a local Judge on the CC now, it having gone completely undefended now for two months.
Yes send the Solicitors the tenancy agreement and a copy of the N180 (no mention about the CC). Separate emails of course: one to court, one to the solicitors. Different attachments.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks @Coupon-mad I’ll get that done tonight.I received an email from DCB legal today that included an N180 form and defence to the CC (will attach photos of what they sent). They stated ‘Please also find attached Claimant's Defence to Counterclaim, also filed at Court today.’ Didn’t they only have 14+2 days to respond to the counter claim? Am I wrong in saying that they have missed that dead line? Thank you0

They won the race (late or not). They beat your judgment. Defended is defended so N225 idea us now out the window.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad I guess there’s nothing that can be done now? I’ve been waiting over 2 months for this case to be transferred to my local court and be put in front of a judge for judgement to be set aside. I sent the court an email on the 25th January with my N225 form asking for judgement. Does none of that help at all? So frustrating that it has taken this long! This thread is right, they are not in favour of the defendants at all!!They mentioned that I haven’t paid any of the PCN’s, I definitely have for three PCN’s, two of them being in the thirteen they are claiming for. I think they’re missing the point that I have already been to court for a couple of the PCN’s they are claiming for..
Is there any advice at this point or anything else I can do? Or just a matter of waiting until court?
Thank You0 -
You obviously must email your N180 to the local court (NOT THE CNBC) and DCB Legal.
Please also edit & change your thread title as it wrongly says QDR are involved. Confusing!

@Coupon-mad I will get the N180 sent over this evening, thank you.
Ah that may be the reason dcb legal are stating that I have not paid and I haven’t been to court for the pcns. The first 3 pcns were dealt with by qdr a couple of years ago and this time round it is dcb legal that are representing met parking0 -
Yep but it's the Claimant's claim. Clearly negligent accounting and data processing.
Please update the thread title. You can edit it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hey Guys,
Apologies for the delay, i was locked out of my account and finally managed to sort it this morning to come back and give you guys an update, least i can do with all the time and help that was given.
Bit of a roller coaster journey, so here goes..
I went to court again on the basis that 3 of the pcn's they have bought into this new court claim i have already been to court for a number of years ago. Those 3 pcn's didn't go in my favour at the time but i received a court letter after the court date stating that it did go in my favour and i only had to pay a small fine towards it. I believe @Coupon-mad even said that the claimant will probably realise this mistake at some point and come back to rectify it. Anyway, on the new court date, i showed the judge that piece of paper along side a couple other pieces of proof that i had already been to court for the same 3 pcn's in this new claim amongst the others. The judge then had a bit of a go at the claimant explaining that if this has already been to court with the outcome of me 'winning' then why are they bringing more pcn's to court on the same matter. The judge then made copies of the paperwork i showed and gave it to the claimant and gave him a month to go and speak to their client about this and to see how the would like to move forward. A month went by and then i received an email from the claimant stating that they had done checks and although i showed that letter saying 'i won' i actually lost on the day. They showed proof of this amongst other things in a new like defence/witness statement and they are happy to go ahead with the claim. I then received a new court date. I finally recently got a resident permit and found an e-copy of my lease that also doesn't state anything about parking, so i sent that to the courts to see if it could help in any way. When the new court date came, i went into court, i was looking for my name on the hearing lists and couldn't find it. Someone that works there came to help to find my name but couldn't either, she took my details and went to the receptionist to check on the system, after about 5 minutes she said that i didn't have a hearing and my case had been 'chucked out'. Would have been nice to know prior but i wasn't complaining. I was worried going into it as they had dug up the information from the previous 3 pcns that i lost, then the judge would have just ruled in their favour if it did go ahead. As he ruled in my favour when i showed him the letter of me 'winning' the previous 3 pcns.
Hope that all makes sense. Have a lovely day.3
