PCN after long ticket purchasing process and leaving before end time

I think this is so unfair and the assessor didn't even consider my comments to the evidence pack,
Fairness does not come into it, POPLA is not independent. Why not raise this with the Chief Adjudicator and complain to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
